There are many monster hunters in Ryslig, so Kokichi should have no problems finding general anti-monster weapons! (In fact, there may even be a few very secretive stores supplying the market...) However, all of these are based on presently-known monster weaknesses, like salt for demons, so they aren't anything special!
If Kokichi is looking for specifically weapons from the Bloody Bones, he'll have a much harder time. There are still some scattered among Ryslig's hunters, but they're loathe to let them go - even then, none of the remaining weapons and/or anti-monster tools are of the type that can permanently kill a monster. They're simply ones that harness magical effects, can damage monsters with things like sunlight weaknesses even at night, or are able to protect against more unusual monster powers like possession. Those that remain also don't appear to be made out of any special materials, just bewitched - many of them have unusual runes carved into them. A monster duplicating those runes will have no effect.
If Kokichi is especially determined, he may be able to unearth some of these items for himself from pawn shops or the back rooms of those aforementioned specialty stores. He will, of course, have to convince the sellers that he's a human native to get a chance at buying them... or rely on less legal methods.
