Five arrives with some loose change and a couple bucks - enough for a cup of coffee or two - in his pocket. Would he be able to exchange it somewhere? Or is it now just an Interesting Otherworld Relic?

Also: if he tried to use it to pay for something, how would NPCs respond? Something along the lines of "We don't take Monster Money here"?
