So I'm possibly thinking of apping another character near the end of October and I was wondering (so I don't get too excited) if personified countries are allowed? Sorta like Hetalia (inspired by the idea (and potential (decided to make my own) but darker and my version of this idea. You mods said that OCs are allowed but since it's countries personified, I wanted to check.
