We decided that this technology would fall under a Mana ability upgrade and must be purchased with coins. For 80 coins, Fabius would be able to purchase the ability to create three mutant assistants, and for 120 he could purchase a maximum of five (20 per mutant). Alternatively, Fabius could simply coerce or hire normal humans into working for him.
