Fourth followers would have a hard time sneaking into Dyster. They would need a direct invitation from a Fog follower, or they could tail a Fog follower through the door to Dyster’s realm. If the character manages to get into Dyster, they will be found out very quickly and asked to leave or convert. Refusing both would end in torture and the hands of the loyal Fog devotees of Dyster.
