Hello! I am interested in reclaiming an empty player location with Mister Treble--specifically Washington Estate. As Mister Treble while not an Until Dawn but still a horror character, I think his reclamation would fit the location, as well as his future purposes and modifications. Are there any particular rules regarding reclamation that I should be aware of, and what is the official process for reclaiming an empty player location?
