re: "What kind of character can I app?"

One of the characters I would consider apping to this game would be this one - aka the 'soul' of its source canon's wizardry!

Would such a character be plausible in Ryslig's setting (and/or, would these writeups constitute there being enough canon material to make them appable to begin with)?
