Currently it is full of all sorts of shops and rough equivalents to chain stores that exist in real-life USA. However, there are absolutely no native humans employees working inside the mall. Mannequins are responsible for operating the indoor amusement park and running the shop, and they have an affinity towards fourth followers. Spooky!
Gang members are absolutely welcome to make it a hangout spot if some local ruffians do decide to take advantage of a deserted area. Monsters could, too, at their own risk, as long as they have a way of managing and kicking back the occasional mannequin from their sights.
