Welp, you let her in, now you gotta deal with this. It's the consequences of your own actions, and you can't get rid of her now.
So, we all know Moira is a geneticist. Some of the first things she's going to do is find a biotech lab and set up shop, and then call for genetic donations from all monster types. And resident humans. And those who haven't turned yet.
Which is where the meat of this all comes in. Moira's knowledge of the human genome is deep enough she can trap a person in mildly-stable perpetual decaying/healing state, as she did Reaper, or alter genetics enough to allow her to break her cellular data down to the molecular level in brief stints, move them elsewhere, and reassemble them. Repairing and destroying is her forte, and she can even draw energy from living cells, convert them, and then use this energy to REPAIR cells.
Now obviously she won't be able to do that here, because wow, Ryslig, your technology is hideous. 1950s/60s compared to alternate earth 2076, disgusting. Plus her knowledge is based on Future Earth humans, there's no telling what's different here in Ryslig. And that's what I'm here to ask; exactly what will Moira be able to learn? Is the genetics for humans different here? What about monsters? Obviously it will take her a while to a) set up and b) begin to learn anything of note, and any changes she attempts will be reverted when the fog rolls around (how annoying). Do monsters actually turn at the genetic level, and even if not, can she force changes through altering their DNA? She will want to work to remove weaknesses, to bolster strengths even further (maybe with some Fog blessing...), and remove the need to eat humans IF that's something the individual person has an issue with. Personally she doesn't care.
Of course anything she learns will take A While, but that's not going to stop her from digging her arms in elbow deep to someone's genes and messing around.
