sorry if this is a silly question or my reading comprehension is bad, but:

apart from the ones who are still undergoing their changes, what effect does the rain have on monsters? it mentions acid rain but only specifies burning the plants, and i'm not sure if any of the ambiguous fogmom ambiance it establishes is an Actual Effect they experience somehow.

also, is it just the hanahaki flowers that get burned, or are more flora/fauna being affected?
