I have a question regarding cybernetic body parts! The info states that they ought to function the way normal human body parts would, but how would that apply to cybernetics which weren't designed to be like human body parts to begin with?

Rather, to be more precise, what would happen to Otto's mechanical tentacle limbs? Would they still be tentacles, but with less gimmicks inside them? Or should I get rid of them entirely, since they're just fancy extras as opposed to replacement prosthetics?
