Hello mods, a quick questions re: canon listings for apps and the game info lists.
So, for canons that have adaptations, but the adaptations are named differently and have slight changes to them, would they still fall into the umbrella of the original canon's name if you were to app from the adaptation?
For example, Critical Role has the animated adaptation The Legend of Vox Machina. If I were to app a character specifically from the animated adaptation of it, due to some differences in that vs what happened in the webshow's timeline, would that still be "Critical Role" or "The Legend of Vox Machina" as the canon? I assume at the very least the canonpoint would be listed as such, I just didn't know what would be the canon itself to list.
