I know the general policy on reapps is "one monster sort per character per player" with the exception of characters who dropped before the 2017 changes.
Is there any way around this for a character who dropped after the changes, but applied before them and didn't take the optional re-sort? For reference, I'm thinking of Susan, who applied in 2016 and dropped in 2018 - I would be apping her with an entirely different application and trait list, and no memories of Ryslig, so she would essentially be a different iteration of the same character (hence the new account and PB).
