This is ruled on a case-by-case basis. The general guideline for apping two different characters from the same universe/different seasons and series in the same franchise is whether there is any direct crossover between the two parts, or if there would be any recognition between one of your characters and the other. If you have any doubts about it, we would need to know which character you’d like to app and investigate on our end whether it’s appropriate.
