I could swear I saw this asked somewhere but I cannot find it, so apologies if it's been asked already! In light of Mari's question, now I'm curious.

For our winged monsters, how high straight up into the sky would they be able to fly? Is there any noticeable feel to the sky the higher you go? Does thinning atmosphere come into play?
