So this is to see if such a crazy idea was possible... With plenty of monsters feeling sorry for the feral monsters stuck in the wastelands, who better to spearhead taming/rehabilitating one than Crash?

The big brain idea for catching a monster is Crash will gather together a bardic band of musical monsters no matter their god alignment; merpeople, manticores, and/or fellow minotaur(s). And since Haftesal is already running expeditions to the wastelands for those interested, Crash would also ask the scientists if they could help supply a variety of (non-human) bait... to hopefully attract an animal-based monster sooner than a slime or something. Bait includes anything and everything from those speedish fish, slim tims, catnip, smelly fish livers, etc.

(Though individual monsters could bring sacks of human meat too, The Best Bait.)


And as we know, while monster magic is less reliable against fellow monsters, an entire concert of music and singing could increase the chances of music soothing a savage beast... long enough to snap the cage and bring it back into Ryslig!

Where would the intrepid band stash this monster? Most likely in somebody's basement.
