Character Name: Rachel Gardner Alignment: Fog Offering Description: For Ray's already acquired Tier 2, I submitted the offering of her sacrificing her life to the vortex during the pearl plot. Because of that and the reversed timing of these events, this is a Tier 2-quality offering, convincing a neutral character to join. More recently, she suggested that someone who accidentally pledged to the Fog not break this new relationship. Generally speaking, she speaks positively about the Fog while keeping a reasonable tone, and doesn't speak favorably of Elias -- though her friendship with one of Elias's priests and their efforts to make people Chill Out has her trying to not talk shit about him and instead objectively point out mistakes. ...If you really want to stretch, she plies insider information from said priest by checking with her on "hey is this your dude", and recently attempted to "take out a rival" in an aborted attempt on Riley's life after some Aunamee fallout.
