Personally, we feel that the way the feast played out makes it less viable as a tier 3 offering, given that humans were invited, sheltered, and fed in a time of need. The rhetoric Maya used in her speech that presents the relationship between humans and monsters as mutually beneficial did not frighten the humans present and was not in line with what the Fog believes and rewards. However, we are willing to review specific threads, if you feel that Maya terrorized enough humans to reach 3.
Finally, as we have said in earlier discussions, only Priest offerings are cumulative, and no amount of conversions of neutral characters will count for tier 3. Therefore, Maya's actions regarding the broadcast, Aunamee, and her conversions cannot be used to make a case for a tier 3 ascension.
