So Emmet has been talking about making his own town just for humans/ran by humans with the only caveat of not being a dick about everyone. Monsters can not live in it, but they can visit it. The magical ability I want it to have would be 'Monsters will (knowing or unknowing- so if they are close to frenzy) ill intentions for the humans of said town to not be allowed access' Would that be 140 coins? Other? Any cheaper ways to do it? (ex here is a plot of lands for human use, that has been a-okayed by your local forest deity for use?)
(Humans who would get to live in it would enter them/their families in a lottery, if their name gets drawn them/their immediate family can live there)
Also, because Emmet would not want the humans to know which monster did it, can the statue be changed to something like, idek a fountain?
