My very last purchase from Mana comes with a question!

I'm using my extra coins to get Ryou something from home along with another purchase, and the only thing I could think of that fits in the palm of the hand and would be an interesting choice (corroborated by friends because i had to ask to decide lol), would be the Millennium Eye.

My question is: would it be feasible for Mana to summon it not into his hand or nearby, but installed where his still-healing eye is? In this situation since Ryou overpaid her, she'd decide to do him a favor and give him a prosthesis for his nearly-sightless eye to be nice.
