While I could debate back and forth on how Loki came to his conclusions, given the worries about the muse-control situations leading to this boon I'm fine with accepting the fact that Loki's tier 3 can't be granted from this instance. (It does give me ample time to think of a better tier three spell, at the least though!)

That in mind, I will also make his thought processes more clear the next time a tier 3 opportunity arises, and keep that in mind in any future 'god conflicts'!
