When Ron finds himself outside (on a night of your choosing), he’ll hear the sound of wind as it approaches. It quickly picks up speed until it rushes by him in what seems to be like an endless gust. His eyes will first notice the pain, and soon, a feeling of moisture will seem to develop over his body, even as no water appears around him.

The wind leaves as quickly as it came. Ron will find his eyes back to normal, his skin dry, but without a word, the Fog God has bestowed the requested rewards.
