Minor Spell -- Kira's powers back in Morioh involve explosions and erasing. He's also a killer by nature that desires dark places to do that gross thing he does, especially nowadays as he's using his own "skills" to get by. I thought it would be a neat idea for him to be able to explode/erase electrical light sources. It gives him what he needs to do whatever wholesome things he intends to do in the dark. Just bursting light bulbs is fine. I'm unsure if actually erasing bulbs is too much power. The range is of course not all that great. He's not going to wiping out an entire street or anything like that. Just a dark alley corner or something like that. I was also hoping he can trigger the spell like he triggers Killer Queen's bombs. The little invisible button press.
Body Modification -- I would like to get Killer Queen's skull in neon pink wiring on the back of his hands. Kind of like This. But I don't know if that's too much wiring because those are detailed little suckers or if it's too much to have them on both hands. If that's a problem the general outline of the cat skull is fine and if two hands is too much then just Kira's right hand works just as fine too.
Backfire: If you want to add issues to the exploding light sources that'd be neat but otherwise, I'll take a pass. Thank you!
