Since Loki won't likely hit tier 3 for a while (or at least I assume so; who knows maybe something will come up), I'm checking how this spell sounds in here.

This is an idea I had for a tier 3 boon with the 4th God; if it looks good, let me know, I'm interested to see if it could work out!
