Granting him extra time on his skinchanger form would be an acceptable ability for a follower of the Fourth God. After some discussion we've decided Soeki could have 7 additional hours each week and the daily limitation on this form would be removed.

That means if he requested this he would have 14 hours per week in his skinchanger form to use whenever he wanted.
