Whenever Liquid next powers on his laptop, a pins-and-needles sensation will spread up his right arm from his fingers, leaving the circuit pattern behind on his scales. Once it reaches his torso, Liquid will feel a sharp jolt - it will fade quickly, granting him his new spell and all other boons.
