Power: Starting with this tier, Touya’s fog granted powers would be at their strongest during fogs.
ExtremeSpeed! This power is basically a dash tackle. Touya absolutely can’t fly with this ability, but he’ll be able to launch himself a maximum of 10 feet into the air or use it for a quick burst of speed through water. Outside of fogs, Touya will be about as fast as the average naga while using it. During fogs, it can get him as fast as the average arachne.
Backfire: Such a cool power won’t come for free. The more often and/or longer Touya uses "ExtremeSpeed" in a day, the more hungry he gets.
