The Fog God's acknowledgment comes one evening at sunset. As darkness takes the sky, Judai's shadow seems to stretch and warp, rising from the ground until it seemingly swallows him whole. For a moment, Judai feels as if he's falling through an abyss, cold and alone.
Then the breeze comes. It rushes over his body, seemingly lifting him, a floating sensation. But the wind is especially icy and it almost feels as if a presence cups his chin, harshly tilting his head, looking him over, judging.
Just as abruptly as the darkness took him, Judai suddenly finds himself back on solid ground. Though possibly a bit wobbly, he'll feel a new power settling inside . While she remains silent, the Fog has left her gift.
