Eye contact with a target/opposing alignment will trigger a traumatic memory or fear, pulling anxiety from the target that he can feed off of (via his energy-eating feeding method from before), but he will be able to physically manifest that trauma in the form of something like a hologram that is too real and appears to oppose a real threat. The image cannot harm the target but it can leave them wide open for an attack or struck with fear-based paralysis.

Immortality for himself and Protection Extension to a NEUTRAL Character aka Jotaro Kujo.
Increased ferocity and alternate form: A Quetzalcoatl/winged serpant kind of deal that is primarily snake-like in form but devoid of human charictaristics for Fog Days and can be sort of semi-controlled for transformation on his own for the purpose of travel. That isn't really advised because it decreases conscious decisions in favor of the more ferocious and animal tendencies. Backfire (for abilities characters wouldn't ask for ICly): no thanks!
