A little while ago, it was noted that consequences for leaving a god would start coming into play once enough people achieved higher ranks. While it makes sense that a god wouldn't really give too much care for a tier 1 leaving, that thus leads me to ask a rather important question.

The 4th God has a fair number of tier 3 followers; what would the consequences be if a tier three follower quit, then?

On that note, what would the consequences be if they straight up switched sides? ...For real, I might add, not 'as an option to blow up Dyster' of course.
