A minor power: in a similar vein to his powers as a lich, the ability to shut down the part of the prefrontal cortex that controls impulse control; it would sort of act like a huge amount of alcohol all at once and leave whoever has been hit with it more likely to do the things they want but for whatever reason normally wouldn’t. It would be more effective on humans, less so on monsters (as the IC reason for player discretion).
He would have to maintain physical contact with the victim for 3+ seconds and not be using another power at the same time. It can last up to four hours, but can’t be used on the same person for seven days.
Body modification: the irises of his eyes glow in the dark or when he’s just fed.
Backfire (for abilities characters wouldn't ask for ICly): He’d ask for the ability to make people be who they really are for a period of time. Instead of changing their personalities or some such, it’ll just kinda go all Naked Time on them.
