SPELL: MAX WILL POWER. Can use on himself or transfer to someone else via touch--basically just makes it incredibly hard to slow someone down when they are in a fight or doing a task (even painting!!) So even something like poison or spells will have a lesser effect or be extremely delayed. Downside, if Mike uses it for someone else, he's just fucking ko'd while they go at it. And if he uses it on himself, he's gonna be out like a light once the he's done or maybe forced to revert back to human or his 10% furry form? Am up for tweaking that if need be.
