I'll go with the camouflage in this case then! Hardening is something that I can probably work with easier on tier 2 if these two combined is too much already.

In any case, for the camouflage, it basically moves existing slime shapeshifting potential from This video's first bit to more along the lines of This video's first bit... (THANKS CUTTLEFISH) I would say he could make it LOOK like a different texture for just as long as he can hold any form, but making it FEEL like a texture shouldn't be more than say...an hour, if that's alright.

Beyond that, he's limited by general ability of focus/the shapeshifting ability a slime has. (Which, according to the bestiary, is limited by power and size rather than time)

EDIT: thought of another limitation! Loki's textured aspects are at their most believable when he's remaining within his own size or smaller. Just as his mass has to be spread out for larger things, so to would his textured aspects and even general focus on remaining 'blended in' fade into nothing!
