Nagisa would neither be specifically targeted nor protected by this power! Ie, a character's despair effect will never be "decides to attack Nagisa out of despair" but could be "goes into a berserk rush, indiscriminately attacking their surroundings out of despair, while Nagisa happens to be around."

Any more protection than this would require rebalancing, sacrificing some power from the "Hope" side of the power. Although Tier 3 abilities are meant to be powerful, they aren't generally intended to have multiple effects - giving it two so strongly opposing effects means each "side" of the power needs to be weaker than usual.

The previous limitations still stand - this is just a clarification!

As previously stated, it is not in the Fog's interests to remove her fog or her influence. However, we would also want to ask what you mean by "corruption immunity" in the case of NPC children.
