The fang tusks would be fine! However, the hallucinations as described would be too powerful for a tier one ability. Fog abilities should also be geared more towards fear and power. Information extraction would be more thematically appropriate for a Fourth power.

A hallucinatory power would be fine, but it should be scaled down and more in keeping with the Fog's theme. Additionally, any hallucination-based power should only be used with the permission of other players.
