Would the following be acceptable as the Ring-Spirit's minor power?
Cry of Kul Elna A curse that causes the victim to hear agonized screams/wailing! They might only hear it for that moment, or for up to an hour. To inflict it, the Ring-Spirit must make eye contact with his target. It's possible for him to "make eye contact" via mirror (so he can use it on himself), but if someone is blind or if their eyes aren't visible to him, they're immune. If someone is deaf they're probably safe (aka up to player discretion), but just covering their ears wouldn't do anything. ETA: it can only affect one target at a time! can't believe I just forgot to include that point /)_-;;
The curse itself is just the sound, it can't determine how the person hearing it reacts - maybe it startles them, maybe it interferes with their hearing anything else, maybe it distresses them, maybe it's lowkey annoying, maybe they don't care.
If possible, I'd like the voice(s) inflicted to be those of the Kul Elnan ghosts? The Ring-Spirit can recognize and differentiate between those particular screams, he's very familiar with them. He misses his family/collection of tormented souls.
