Hiya, I have some tier 3 fog questions before I turn in my request.
First: for the alternate form, does all functionality still need to be purchased separately? An old question made it seem like that was the case so I want to be sure. Fiddleford already has gills bought from Mana which I imagine would DEFINITELY be a sticking point otherwise but I want to know how wild I can go with a sea serpent theme aside from that. Are bigger/manipulatable fins (like a whale or walking fish's front fins, as opposed to ones purely for decoration or streamlined movement like a back fin) considered extra limbs that need to be bought since they're analogous to arms? What about webbing between the fingers he already has?
To be clear I'm thinking of something like this: https://youtu.be/opqKm9I0Bjk, so there fins aren't useable with any utility even approaching arms or hands, but they're still limb-like enough I want to be sure. I will probably use this fish as a guide for fin placement if I get the ok, I like the row of pointy dorsal fins that look like storybook sea serpent spines.

I'm not married to a full house in Dyster or increased power in fog form for instance, and am also willing to give up the immortality. I am down to put all my eggs in the sea monster basket if I need to, it's been a pipe dream of mine for years.
