For Ryou's Tier One power, we'd like to adjust it to be a maximum of one minute in length. We'd also like to stipulate that monsters will be able to try and resist this effect, while ordinary humans will not be able to. Does this sound good to you?
Also, for clarity's sake, does the spell stop if the contact is broken, or does the touch instill the fear effect for the up-to-a-minute duration?
