Minor spell: So I want electricity as the theme of his spells. As minor spell, I was thinking the ability to cause a kind of "brain static" in others. I'd like your input on how to restrict it so it is just minor spell strength, but my thought was it can't let him paralyze or control (though maybe it would be more destructive on Sims?), it just leaves them disoriented/finding it hard to think. Another restriction I was thinking of is, since it is electricity, it would need to be transferred by touch (directly or via a conducting object both are touching at the same time, like hitting them with his sword would transfer it, standing on the same carpet would not.) You can tell he is activating this power since the air feels electrically charged around him a moment before he uses it.
