Provided there is at least one successful conversion, we believe this would be a great way to nonviolently achieve Tier 3! A blacklight party has the potential to be a pretty big public event, and when/if word gets out that Beat wove some manipulation into his sick beats (lol), that has the potential to really grind some gears and paint a target on his back. It shows a lot of dedication toward Elias’s cause and improving his reputation in the peninsula at the cost of doing something a little bit… ethically dubious.
