No, generally we don’t accept previous offerings to be enough to bump a character up another tier unless a player runs a full event for their character; running an independent event in the name of one god or the other is typically big enough to qualify a character for the priesthood in the long run. In Ray’s case, sacrificing herself for the Monster’s Pearl is not ‘big’ enough to qualify her for tier three no matter what. This is because the Fog God explicitly requested sacrifices to the void, so Ray was simply doing what she was told in the scope of the event, and not taking a bigger initiative. Does that make sense?
