Hello mods! I had an idea for a boon, but I wanted to run it by you just to see if it would be feasible for tier 1 or would be a higher tier boon.

I was considering "dice rolled" buffs for tier 1 fog. Meaning strength, speed, more potent poison, or increased agility would be 1 of 4 buffs that would be available to Komaeda on spell use, however, he would not be able to influence the buff he gets. It would be a purely chance-based spell.

Additionally, if this is a doable tier 1 boon, would a tier 2 upgrade to it where he could influence the buff he gets be allowed? Thank you mods!!
