So Crash has a memory of some hynotic music he could turn in and/or perform for Elias. Plans for what to DO with it combined with his existing minotaur magic is a later thing, but would this be enough for a tier 2?

And if Crash got some help recreating the music (even if the brainwashing sound waves are technically inert without a touch of juice from Elias), would that be enough for them to tier up to the same level as well?
