When writing the ic log and over the development of the threads on it, things got elaborated on and turned out differently than I expected; I didn't realize that I should update the ooc proposal should that have happened. Next time, I'll make sure my proposals are a bit more final!
That said, I could clarify those things for you, but first, just so I can answer your questions better; Are you asking for me to pull the passages from the ic log to clarify these things, or is it just that the way it came across in the ic log doesn't effectively communicate these changes? I just wanna make sure I'm interpreting right.
