Basically, I’m thinking Bird Shoggoth? A big amorphous shapeshifting tentacled creature/living multi-tool. Blobby and fleshy like a baby bird. Just a real shambling/flying freak to terrorize the enemies of the Fog. Able to slip into small openings like the crack under a door. Able to change the color and texture of its body. And able to create different kinds of limbs as needed.
