would a monster sacrifice and/or a sacrifice of humans partial to the fog appease elias or is blood sacrifice in general more of a fog thing? if so, would this, along with the offering of a player built location openly tech friendly and sponsoring the evolution of technology be enough for a tier three upgrade, or will I have to save that up for a future priest upgrade?
