Just to be sure I'm reading this correctly: these lists are automatically available to the character once they reach the appropriate tier (for instance, tier 1 fourth follower automatically gets a room in the arcade if they want one without doing anything more than just joining up, and ALSO has access to a spell and cybernetics etc), you don't need to submit an offering to earn them individually? I'm guessing the exception is if you, say, go up to tier 2 and don't take one of the options, then want it later -- would you have to submit a new offering to add it on? Could you, in that way, gain (for instance) a whole arsenal of spells provided you submitted a reward request with a different qualifying thread each time?

Also: can we submit offerings that were technically completed before this new system went into place? For instance, I'd like to get Fidds to Tier 2 and he did successfully convert Lorraine (the thread is still ongoing).

ALSO: Would you like people who are already at tier 1 to submit a form, since I assume if they join after this they'll need to upon joining up, just so you can keep track of what everyone currently has in play for future reference?
