If a current follower is only keeping their old boons and taking none of the new ones, they would not be explicitly required to comment here (but it would help us with our records!). For all current followers taking boons from this new system, we would need to confirm their placement as well as approve any spell/skill choices for in-play use.

For characters that went adept before this new system was implemented, they are allowed to keep their old skills and take new ones based in this system. Think of it as a reward for their long-term loyalty ;) If a player doesn't wish to keep those old spells/skills, they're not required to keep them, but there's no penalty for doing so. All old boons will still carry their previously established restrictions or limitations.

A follower's chosen neutral party in a god's domain will not be automatically aligned to that god. They're welcome to align if they wish, but neither the god nor applicable NPC denizens of that realm will pressure them into it. Neither will they penalize that character in any way for remaining neutral. However, that character may find themselves pushed back into the real world if they overstay the bounds of expected hospitality -- so no month-long vacations or changing a neutral character's mailing address to the god's domain, basically.
