Aesthetic change: I'm not sure whether this one counts as purely aesthetic, but a dark slit in his forehead with a glowing pinkish-red gem in it, that looks like an extra eye but isn't. If the glowing (in the dark, since I figured that'd help the fear aspect) isn't allowed, then I'm happy to take it without.
