Retained Fog Boons
  • Heightened Strength during the Fog
  • Desire to protect fellow Fog Followers/attack Fourth Followers
  • Adept Form Change: 'Basilisk'. For 8 hours in each 24 hour period, Noa can take the form of a Basilisk, keeping all of his abilities as a naga while gaining the ability to easily dig through the earth. Outside the fog, this form is small, about as large as an iguana (though the tail is far longer); during the fog however, this shape becomes massive and ferocious, and its total length is equal to three times his typical size.
SIDE NOTE: I did re-design that fog-basilisk form to be more snake-like due to the old boon description of them being 'three times the length'.
  • Adept Form Change: 'Humanoid Basilisk'. During the 8 hour period that he takes Basilisk shape, he may assume a humanoid form, which remains the same in appearance both in and out of the fog. With both form change abilities, the use of them causes Noa to become severely hungry however, and he must often feed immediately after using it.

    Character Name: Noa Kaiba
    Alignment: Fog God
    Offering Description: Joined the Fog!
    Link: ....Accidentally
    Reward Tier: Tier One
    Reward Description:
    Minor Body Modifcation
  • His eyes do The Thing when he's actively doing stuff with them AKA not wearing his glasses. It doesn't allure or anything but I mean it's kind of distracting. ...Especially to himself.
    Internal Hunger Calculator
  • Tends to become more anxious and panicked as his internal clock comes to an end, and may act somewhat erratically.
    Minor Fog Power
  • 'Poison Spit' More accurately he's still injecting poison from his fangs, he just gains a bit of distance. Prolonged contact (or contact with the eyes) burns, but is only fatal if it enters the bloodstream...ingesting it, however, will cause serious problems to say the least.
    Backfire: N/A

    Character Name: Noa Kaiba
    Alignment: Fog God
Offering Description: Sacrificed a Human according to the Rituals of the old boons!
Link: ...in order to kill a Fog Follower trying to kill him
    Reward Tier: Tier Two
    Reward Description: Instant Dyster Resurrection
    Secondary Feeding Option
  • 'Energy' Curiously not linked to making eye contact; by rattling his tail, he starts off an energy drain, which intensifies in its pull the longer he rattles it.
    Major Body Modification
  • 'Hand Wings' Basically imagine if you had giant baseball gloves on your back, except they had claws at the end, and the fingers were at least still fairly narrow. The idea is that they can flare out kinda like that, but could also potentially grab something and pick it up like any hand. The catch is obviously that. They really don't act like hands so that makes mastering any kind of fine movement freaking impossible. Remember, baseball gloves. When was the last time you held a pencil with one of those things on? (I'm fine if they can't grab anything at all though)
    Queen-sized Bedroom
  • (Is there now an apartment complex in Dyster or something though I'm confused) Spacious enough for his snake-y behind to properly move around in, it is otherwise rather plain at the moment, perhaps reflecting his current insecurities regarding his alignment.
    Standard Fog Power
  • 'Trusssst In Me'; Noa can make a victim relive their worst moments, much like the glass mirrors during the glass witch event. The catch is this; first, he needs to make eye contact to initiate the spell. Second, he cannot stop talking for as long as the spell is active, unless he is still making eye contact. (He could thus alternate, however). What he talks about will affect the sort of memory the victim is re-living, so he needs to take care here as well. It gains bonus points for basically being what he tormented Seto Kaiba with for half of his arc.

Naturally, further limitations on this are the fact that Noa himself has no way of knowing exactly what memories the subject is reliving; so unless he knows someone reaaaaaally well (or takes a lucky guess), he might only succeed in making them think of, say...that time they got a paper cut.

Not very effective. (If these downsides don't quite bring it to a middle tier, I'm open to suggestions on a similar power)
Backfire: Please make coming upon all of these things as painful as possible fog mom -bats eyelashes-
